Turkey Cranberry Swiss Sliders On A Ciabatta Bun
Ingredients
- Turkey
- Cranberry Sauce
- Swiss Cheese
- Ciabatta Bun
Directions
Turn oven broiler on to 500 degrees. I’ve tried it at 300 degrees and it took forever for the cheese to melt. Setting it at 500 degrees was perfect for heating up the turkey and cranberry sauce as well as melting the cheese while toasting the ciabatta bun little bit too!
Assemble the buns with turkey, cranberry sauce and a slice of swiss cheese.
You’ll want to reserve a bit of cranberry sauce so that you can add a little bit more over the swiss cheese once it’s out of the oven
Place them in the oven, open-faced so that the bun gets a bit toasty too! Watch them closely because it’s a quick process!
Remove them from the oven once the cheese has melted and add the remaining cranberry sauce. Cut in half and serve immediately!
