Did you know Alberta Culture Days started in 2008 as a one-day event? Now in 2017 it spans 3 days, September 29 to October 1 and encourages all of us to get out and explore the culture of our amazing province.

Calgary has around 78 activities over the 3 days. 15 of those being held at the Calgary Library including one event, “Instrument Discovery Zoo” which is for all ages, featuring professional musicians demonstrating their instruments, in partnership with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.
Lethbridge has a few activities including the Family Affair on the Square.
Medicine Hat has a Demonstration Pow Wow, Art Walk and more.
Edmonton‘s activities include events like Music Box Babies Demos, Story Time at EPL, anniversary events at the Winspear, the Heritage Harvest Festival and so much more. Almost 60 activities alone listed on the website.
Up in Fort McMurray, the Oil Sands Discovery Centre is offering free admission and the Wood Buffalo Artisans Market.
